Damaged goods due to courier issue?
If you have received a damaged parcel which has affected the condition of your goods you must inform us immediately and provide photographs of the damage so we can pursue a claim with the courier company, this can ONLY be done within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
If your package is evidentially damaged at the time of delivery we would expect you to check your goods immediately and inform us upon receipt of the damaged parcel particularly goods in which are labelled fragile otherwise we would query the delay and would require proof of goods were received damaged.
***Please note that we will require proof of damages in the form of photographs of the product and the packaging.
I have received faulty goods?
It is important to note that many of our products are handmade or made from recycled materials and therefore will they sometimes have imperfections which we believe makes them unique, if your item is evidently damaged please send us pictures via email at the earliest convenience and we will take a further look.
