What is the delivery charge? 

Our delivery charges vary for each item as each delivery is calculated on weight and parcel sizes. We do have free shipping on orders over £100.

Where is my order?

Each item has its own dispatch timescale listed within the description, please ensure you go by these dates as it account for items coming direct from manufacturer, made to order etc. General delivery timescales are 5-8 working days although we do try to get orders out soon as we can.

Do you have a shop/show room?

Not currently, as we are a new small home run business we are just finding our feet, it is something we will be looking into in future.

Can I Track my order?

Yes - once we dispatch your order our courier company will provide us with a tracking reference. If you have received a dispatch notice but not your reference please contact us.

I have received dispatch notification but not received my goods?

Please allow up to 5 days after receiving the dispatch email for delivery however you MUST notify us within 14 days if you have not received your parcel as after this timeframe we cannot claim with the courier company therefore we will not be able to claim/issue refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes - within 14 days of order or receipt of your order.

Can I return my order?

Most items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, each item will be inspected upon return to ensure its in the same condition before a refund is processed. Excluded items are vintage goods, health and beauty products and some made to order items.

**Made to order items can only be returned for credit note.

**Exception - Faulty goods - please let us know asap if you have received faulty goods.
